Technology

Estoli owns several injection machines in multiple technologies, including its well-known bi-component technology. Our production experts have improved the productivity of original machines by the implementing their own modifications.

Our production processes are heavily automated thanks to our customized robots and CNC stations, a guarantee of quality and cost efficiency.

Product design and developmento
 

Estoli's technical department develops new products on 3D design stations using Pro-Engineer software. This software substantially improves the efficiency of the development process and allows Estoli to:

- Present designs to a client in "virtual" format.

- Easily modify the "virtual" design according to a client's needs.

- Rapidly produce a prototype directly from the electronic file of the "virtual" design.

- Deliver the exact and final design to a mold maker in electronic file format so that the mold is an exact duplicate of the prototype

The technical department is also responsible of the lab for testing of new products as hinges in ABS, stainless steel and chrome, gold, and nickel plated brass. A variety of fixed, adjustable, removable and anti-theft hinges have been developed. New hinges are frequently introduced with new toilet seat models.
